About Natal Chart Lab

Natal Chart Lab is a small independent project that makes accurate, free astrology calculators.

We believe the astronomy behind a chart should be done properly and openly, whatever you make of astrology itself. Positions are computed with an open-source ephemeris, checked against NASA data, and every method is written up on our methodology page.

Astrology is a symbolic and cultural tradition. The planetary positions on this site are calculated with astronomical accuracy; the interpretations describe what astrologers associate with them and are not scientifically validated predictions about personality, relationships or the future.
